Taco in a Skillet

This recipe is one of the easiest recipes from our Easy Delicious Gluten-Free Skillet Meals cookbook because it makes use of prepared red jar salsa, pre-mixed taco seasoning, and frozen corn kernels to keep preparation time to a minimum. 

Because some pre-mixed seasonings can contain starches that act as a filler be sure to check the package ingredients listing to confirm that the taco seasoning you use does not contain gluten.  Trader Joes packets of taco seasoning and Costco McCormick taco seasoning have no gluten-containing ingredients at the time of this writing.
